These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of Contractor Verified("Product") and your use of the hosted Contractor Verifiedapplication ("Service"), both provided by Contractor Verified("Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing the Product or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

After payment, you will receive a license key and download link via email. The download link provides access to a ZIP file containing the complete Product, setup documentation, and license file. Downloads are limited to 5 per license key. License keys and download access do not expire unless stated on the product page.
If you use the hosted Service (as opposed to self-hosting the Product), the following additional terms apply:

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content (the Product) and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download link is provided. This consent is obtained during the checkout process.
Contractor Verified retains all intellectual property rights to the original Product and the Service. Your license grants usage and modification rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The Product and Service are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Product or Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
In no event shall Contractor Verified be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product or Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Product and Service integrate with third-party services (Stripe, Resend, and your hosting and storage providers, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing changes, or terms.
Lifetime updates to the Product are provided at our discretion. Updates will be made available through the same download mechanism. The hosted Service is updated continuously. We are not obligated to provide updates on any particular schedule or to maintain backward compatibility.
We may terminate your license or Service access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination of the hosted Service, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Upon termination of the Product license, you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We only link to tools we use or recommend, and an affiliate relationship never affects the price you pay or the substance of our recommendations.
